Cookies and tracking

Essential session cookies keep your booking access and administrator sign-in working. We also remember your privacy choice in local browser storage. These functions are separate from optional advertising and analytics.

If configured, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta tools load only after you allow optional tracking. With that choice, campaign identifiers can be attached to a saved request (quote form, private fare or flights chosen online) to help us understand which campaigns bring enquiries, and the request is reported to these tools as a conversion, with the Astonia price for flights chosen online. Google Ads also receives your email address and phone number in hashed (encrypted) form to match the request to an ad click (enhanced conversions). If you later pay for a booking, we may report that booking and its value to Google Ads in the same hashed form. Without your permission, none of this happens.

Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days. Consented campaign details are retained in session storage for up to 24 hours. Live visit records expire after 24 hours without activity. You can change your choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer.
